2017 Room Rates & Guidelines

2017 Wedding Guidelines and Prices

Must book all 32 rooms for at least 2 nights (Holiday weekends require 3 nights stay)

      $5000.00 deposit required (to be used toward cost of event or specific rooms in group)

      Room rates

           May / Early June $249 per room; $369 for Poolhouse suites

           Mid June $319 per room; $479 for Poolhouse suites

           Fall $309 per room; $429 for Poolhouse suites

             Rates are based on dbl occupancy (max 3 persons per room)

             $75 per extra person (rollaway beds are limited)

             Holiday weekends: all rooms are rack rate

Facility Fees:

      Indoor Wedding $4000.00 (max 60 persons; if more than 60, event must be in tent)

      Tented Wedding $6000.00 (max 120 persons)  

      Poolside Cocktail Party $1000.00

      Pub After Hours Party $1500.00

          Fees do not cover any rented items, i.e. reception tent, flooring, tables, chairs, dinnerware, food/ bar service, etc.

          Client responsible for arranging all rentals.  Entire tented area must have a floor.  This will protect the lawn and make the event more enjoyable should there be inclement weather.

             All events must be catered. Except for breakfast, Inn at Ocean’s Edge does not provide any food services.

Cancel Policy

      Must have 90 days notice to cancel a room block, only 75% of deposit is refundable.

      Individual Guest rooms must have 30 days notice, subject to $50 cxl fee.

    Client responsible for arranging all catering arrangments, including glassware, flatware, table cloths, etc.

We recommend that you hire an outside wedding coordinator to assist with the planning and coordinating of all activities associated with your event, please note that the Inn does not have a wedding planner on staff.
