Deposit Policy

Advance deposit of 100% is required for 1 night stays, 2+ night stays require a 50% deposit.

Room Rates

All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Maine rooms tax (currently 9%). Most rooms cannot accommodate more than two (2) guests. Where triple or quad occupancy is possible, the charge for each extra adult is $75 per night plus tax; the charge for each extra child (ages 5-15) is $25 per night plus tax; and each extra child under the age of 5 are free of charge. All extra persons, regardless of age, must be arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a full refund of the advance deposit less a $40 administration fee will be issued only if the Inn is notified of your cancellation at least 15 days in advance of your arrival date. Within 14 days of arrival, your deposit is non-refundable and will be collected as a cancellation fee. Same day cancellation (within 24 hours) will result in being responsible for all nights of your reservation.

Pet Policy

Sorry, we are unable to allow pets. Certified service animals are welcome.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is between the hours of 3 PM and 10 PM. We make every effort to accommodate an early arrival, but cannot guarantee a check-in prior to 3 PM. Arrangements can be made in advance for late arrivals. Check-out is 11 AM on departure day.

Smoking

The Inn at Ocean's Edge is committed to providing a smoke free environment (including cigars, marijuana, vapes, e-cigs, etc.) and as such we are entirely a non-smoking property, which includes all rooms, balconies, common areas and grounds. Guests may be asked to leave without reimbursement and assessed a minimum charge of $200.00 if it has been determined they have smoked in their guest room or other areas of the property.
