The Inn at Ocean's Edge is open from late-April to New Year's Day.

Low Season: Opening Day through June 19, October 26 through January 1

Standard Room in Main Inn - $195
Premium Room in Main Inn or Hilltop - $225
Suite in Main Inn or Hilltop - $245
Poolhouse Suite - $350

High Season: June 20 through October 25

Standard room in Main Inn - $260
Premium Room in Main Inn or Hilltop - $310
Suite in Main Inn or Hilltop $330
Poolhouse Suite $425

A minimum stay of two nights is required on weekends during high season, unless single night openings become available. A three or four night minimum may be required for the following holidays and events:

Independence Day, July 2-6
Lobster Festival, July 30-August 2
Labor Day & Windjammer Weekend, August 29 - September 1
Pop Tech! Conference, October 22-25

The Inn is a nonsmoking property, cannot accommodate pets and is appropriate for children 14 and older. We require a one night's deposit at time of reservation.

Rates are based upon double occupancy and do not include Maine's 7% lodging tax. An additional guest in any room is $70 each per night and single rollaway beds are available in limited quantities. Standard and Premium rooms may only have three occupants and suites may have four occupants maximum.

Check In and Check Out

Rooms are available for check in at 3pm. We will make every attempt to honor an early check in when requested ahead of time, but cannot guarantee room availability until 3pm. You are welcome to enjoy the property and store luggage should you arrive early. Check out time is 11am.

Cancellation Policy

Should you find it necessary to cancel for any reason we require 14 days notice. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date and we are unable to rent the room reserved for you, the room charge will be billed to your credit card. There is a $25 bookkeeping fee for any cancellation.
