Reservations & Policies

The Inn At Ocean's Edge welcomes reservations from Travel Advisors and their clients. A commission of 10% on eligible room revenue is paid to Travel Advisors holding a valid IATA number.

Booking Process

All reservations must be made directly through our Reservations team by phone at (207) 236-0945 or via email at info@innatoceansedge.com. Commission is only payable on bookings made through these channels.

Commission Eligibility

Commission is paid on transient guest room revenue only. Reservations associated with weddings, groups, or contracted events are non-commissionable unless explicitly agreed to in writing at the time of contract execution.

Commission Payment

To receive commission, Travel Advisors must submit an invoice and W9 within six (6) months of the guest’s departure date to ap@innatoceansedge.com. Approved commissions will be processed following verification of stay and eligibility.

The Inn At Ocean's Edge reserves the right to modify or clarify this policy at any time.
