Our goal is to create as safe an environment as possible for our staff and guests alike during the pandemic. Migis Hotel Group has policies in place that addresses the pandemic in the following ways:
- Careful consideration of number of team members working around the hotel, to reduce person-to-person contact.
- Optimized dining space for extra breathing room.
- A new breakfast room service option, to be enjoyed in-room.
- Individually wrapped treats with afternoon tea.
- To provide the safest service possible for both you our guests and our employees, enhanced cleaning protocols will remain in effect between each stay. Stayover service will be available from a distance (requested replacement items delivered to your door, used items left outside your room removed) for all stays 3 nights or less. Light housekeeping service including a sheet change will be provided on each 4th day (housekeeping services are typically provided between 11AM and 3PM).
- Our team members will be wearing face coverings, and gloves will be worn while cleaning all spaces and will be changed between each area or space of work.
- Please note that enhanced cleaning process may reduce likelihood of early check-ins.
- Low-touch check-in process.
- Self-parking as before.
- Hand sanitizing stations throughout the property.
- Availability of other sanitizing solutions so that guests can sanitize an area before and after use.
